Pricing Details for Virtual Visit:

Your virtual appointment, accessed through the evisit APP will be a cash pay price of $75.  Insurance will be accepted at a future date.  If the provider feels you should visit the clinic for an in-person assessment, you will not be charged for your virtual appointment.

TELEMEDICINE appointments are available during the same hours as our physical clinics.  You can benefit from our virtual appointments with a trusted Medical Provider Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM and Saturday/Sunday 9AM-6PM.

Rockwall Telemedicine treats many of the same illnesses and injuries are seen in our clinic.  Virtual visits can be used for quick treatments and requests, such as prescription refills (if your pharmacy is located in Texas), a follow-up to a recent visit, or urgent treatment for a minor medical issue such as

  • Dental Pain
  • Eye Pain
  • Headaches
  • Nausea and Vomiting
  • Rashes
  • Seasonal Allergies
  • Upper Respiratory Infections and more

How does it work?  It’s easy! If you’re a new user, the first thing you’ll do is create an account. Then, you’ll answer a few questions about your condition and click the “request eVisit” button at your scheduled appointment time. Your provider will receive your request, and let you know when they’ll be ready to see you. Once you accept the visit, you’ll be connected to your doctor via 2-way video from your computer or smartphone. Your doctor will interact with you, answer your questions, and, if needed, send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy.
